  1. २०१६-१७  या वर्षाकरिता विभागपातळीवरील  RECORDS सोबतच्या CHECKLIST  मधील BULLET-NUMBERS  प्रमाणेच ठेवणे जेणेकरून  सर्व विभागांमध्ये  असा सारखेपणा राहील व गरजेनुसार  एखाद्या विशिष्ट मुद्द्याचे RECORD केवळ संबधित BULLET-NUMBER देवून सर्व विभागातून मागवून घेणे इ. गोष्टी वेगाने व सुलभ रीतीने होतील.
